About me
Welcome to Origo Mobile Massage Therapy. My name is Mariann, I will be your therapist during the treatments.
I started my adult life as an environmental researcher and then arrived to the world of massage through many personal changes.
I started my studies in this field with Scottish Massage Schools, where I gained a diploma in Body Massage and Anatomy & Physiology.
During this time, I gained an insight into how diverse and complex the science of massage is, so immediately continued my studies.
I believe that by continuously expanding my knowledge, I can also increase the number of people I can help.

About Our Treatments
Swedish Massage
It is one of the most common massages, a great way to unwind and relax. It relieves stress and pain by working on muscles and joints, relaxing muscles and boosting blood circulation. Swedish massage can be beneficial for treating back pains, muscle issues, chronic pains and headaches. It may also help to reduce stress and anxiety, and to improve immunity. The massage involves finer strokes over painful or bony areas, and more pressure where the muscles are thicker.

Indian head massage is based on the ancient healing practice of Ayurveda and has been used in India for hundreds of years. Usually performed in a seated position, and covers the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face to help ease a variety of stress-related conditions and relieve muscular tension. It can help to have healthy hair as regular Indian head massage can help to stimulate the blood flow to the follicles and to loosen the area of the scalp, which in turn delivers nutrients needed to encourage healthy hair growth and to promote strong and shiny hair. It can promote relaxation and to release tension, therefore can help with headaches and blocked sinuses.
