Online bookings can be made via our website at www.origotherapy.com. In case of any enquiries or problems with online bookings, please contact us via email at info@origotherapy.com or by phone on +447703146010.
Once a booking has been made, you will receive an email from Origo Mobile Massage Therapy. It is your responsibility to make sure that the details stated are correct. If any information is incorrect, you need to contact us as soon as possible.
The online booking will be confirmed from the moment you receive your online booking confirmation email. Full payment of the fee will be required at the time of the therapy session.
Please, have this confirmation email with you at the time of your booked massage therapy session. This is essential for the treatment.
Online bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the time of your treatment. If you need to make a booking less than 24 hours prior to your requested treatment time, please contact us to find out if we can arrange you a suitable time.
Please make sure you give us the correct day and time of your requested treatment.
Privacy
Client treatment details will not be discussed with anyone other than the client unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian.
Consultations will only be discussed with the client unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian.
Consultation Forms and treatment notes will be kept on file, securely by Relax and Recover Massage Therapy.
All clients must complete a consultation form prior to receiving Origo Mobile Massage Therapy treatments.
By signing the consultation form, clients are giving Origo Mobile Massage Therapy permission to hold records and data about them in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Personal information will not be shared with any third parties.
Young Clients
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The adult must give permission for the treatment to be performed.
The adult must co-sign the client’s consultation form.
The adult must be present in the room throughout the treatment.
Cancellations
Origo Mobile Massage Therapy is happy to accept any cancellation no questions asked as long as 24 hours notice is provided by you. Any cancellations must be made by emailing us at info@origotherapy. com. Once the cancellation of your treatment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
If a client is experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or has knowingly come into contact with someone with Covid-19 symptoms within two weeks prior to the treatment, the client must cancel their session with immediate effect.
Origo Mobile Massage Therapy has the right to cancel a treatment by giving 24 hours notice.

Should you have any special enquiries regarding you treatment with us, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We always aim to meet the
needs of our clients as best as we can.
Insurance
Treatments provided by Origo Mobile Massage Therapy are fully insured.
Other Mixed Conditions
We reserve the right to deny the treatment of anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or anyone whose behavior can be dangerous to the therapist.
Complaints
We look forward to hearing your opinion, helping you and finding a solution together. In case of any request or concern, please contact us at one of the contact details below. All complaints regarding our service should be raised in writing to us, within 30 days of your treatment.

Privacy Statement
Please note, that some personal information, such as your name, email addres and telephone number is required when booking your transfer. However, we ensure that the data is used solely for the purpose of processing the booking and will not be disclosed to another party. The personal data provided will be deleted from our system after your transfer. All information requested will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2019) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with UK law and you and Airport Transfer Edinburgh each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK Courts in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. You agree to compensate and defend us fully against any claims or legal proceedings brought against us by any other person as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
